in person and via teams: faith page
British Wheel of Yoga teacher Faith Page first discovered yoga more than thirty years ago and has been teaching since 2010.
Faith completed her BWY diploma course with Ashtanga teacher Richard Adamo and since then also worked with tutors including David Sye, Zoe Knott, Paul Fox and Antonia Boyle. Faith uses yoga as a transformational tool for the body and mind; empowering students by improving their strength, flexibility and balance. Her classes include postures (asanas) to build strength, and to improve flexibility and range of movement. Breathing and concentration practices are also taught for self-awareness, focus and reducing stress levels. Each 3,4 or 5 week course is a journey towards a particular posture, with a place every one can safely challenge themselves, regardless of age and experience. Each class includes a warm up, preparatory and main postures, breathing and focus exercises plus a relaxation. Faith also offers tailor-made classes for a hen-do, sport clubs, schools and colleges, businesses and festivals as well as running workshops and this website! |
